Al-Khair Complex, Ali Park, Near Kali Pul, Kasur (Punjab) Pakistan
GTO combines rights-based advocacy, legislative reform, research and community action to protect marginalized communities in Punjab, Pakistan.
Since its inception in 2001, Good Thinkers Organization-Pakistan has worked to protect the rights of marginalized communities, with a particular focus on transgender persons, women and children. To achieve this goal, GTO has received technical and financial support from various donors and non-governmental organizations.
GTO believes that legislative reform, the enactment of new laws and effective implementation provide sustainable solutions to social challenges.
With this approach, GTO reviews existing laws, conducts research studies and contributes to legislative reforms focused on transgender communities, women and children in Punjab Province, Pakistan.
These interconnected areas guide GTO’s research, advocacy, partnerships and community-level interventions.
